• The management is not responsible for any USER data currently present on the public computer.
• We are not responsible for any data-loss on the local servers as well not on the local computers.

• We guarantee you a first class internet experience, should our equipment or services fail, we will refund without questions.
• There is always minimally one person in the cafe with professional skills who can help you further in no time, free.
• We guarantee the equipment you work on is completely stable and has the newest versions of internet software on it.

• The normal "netiquette" applies the most in this public internet place.
• No spam(mail) may be sent.
• Any hacking or hacking attempts to internal and external sites are prohibited.
• Please do not use the computer as a local storage device, rather use a zipdisk or ftp space.
• A security package is installed to insure stability on the network and equipment, please do not attempt to trespass the security.
• Any attempt to pass the firewall, in any way, is logged and prohibited.
• No bots or continuining server/client connections may be set up while and after working on the computers.
• Please do not use all the bandwidth available, since the pc will be automatically shut-down after more than 5 minutes maximum bandwidth usage.
• Any attempt to login at the internal servers and clients is prohibited.
• No sniffers, backdoors, trojans or virusses may be put on the pc's, if any is found we will warn the local authorities and will cost minimally 1500US$ for the damage done.
• No harassing is allowed to any inside nor outside the internet place.
• Do not access information what is disallowed to be accessed using our domain, as well for IRC and other media what use domains as authentication.

• The toilet can be used, but please, first ask our representatives first.
• None of the material may be damaged on purpose, cdroms are not cupholders!
• The chipcards need to be used from the time you start using the computer.
• Any illegal software trading is prohibited.
• If you eat while working on your computer, please try to be carefull for the prepherials, as they can be damaged quickly.
• Please do not shut down the computers when not needed, if you leave you could quit all open applications.
• Any attempt against the belgian law is monitored and will be forwarded to the local authorities.

• Always logoff your session when you exit your mail, telnet or any other session.
• It's easier for the next customer if you clear your table and close all open applications before leaving the PC.
